Can substitute fish sauce for soy sauce, apple cider vinegar or limes for rice vinegar, ginger for galangal, lemons for lemongrass, brown sugar for palm sugar, and Sriracha sauce for bird's eye chillies. Marinate 30 minutes to overnight.
