Flat-iron steaks with romesco sauce (Bistec con romesco) from The New Spanish: Bites, Feasts, and Drinks (page 142) by Jonah Miller and Nate Adler

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

See recipe for romesco verde variation. Can substitute shallots for spring onions, hazelnuts for Marcona almonds, and dried chiles for sweet pimentón.

Made the sauce. It was very watery. Next time I will leave out the water and add little extra bread. Easy to make and has lots of flavor.
