Can substitute pecorino cheese for Parmesan cheese. EYB has corrected a typo in the print recipe, which appears in the magazine as "Brussel sprout gratin with fennel and fennel salami." Recipe appears online as "Brussels sprout gratin with finocchiona salami, fennel seeds and breadcrumbs."
Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
