Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Can substitute red miso or barley miso for brown miso.

    I only had white miso, so this didn't have the depth of flavour that I was expecting, but it was still good. This has SEVERAL moving parts, with 3 different pans on the go, so while it comes together quite quickly at the end I would have been very flustered if I hadn't made the corn, garlic and cabbage garnishes ahead of time and had the seasonings for the pork all lined up so I just had to reheat the broth, make the pork and boil the noodles.
