Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used regular grits, increasing the initial cook time...and as we like our grits with a little texture anyways, it worked well. My partner is known to occasionally bring home a jar of Cheez Whiz & while I don't eat it, it melted in beautifully here. With a double hit of garlic (both powder & salt) + paprika, chives & a very good grated white cheddar, this was a great base for a house favourite "sweet/sour/spicy hot" beef braise.
