Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very delicious loaf of quick bread. It’s sweet, and would be really good for a breakfast treat. I really liked it.

    This really is a lovely, loaf style coffee cake. I used pecans in place of walnuts but otherwise stayed on track. My only idea is that next time I might make 3 layers of batter / 2 of filling (as opposed to 2 and 1) to get a better swirl affect but really....this is very good as written and will be made again.
