Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I skipped the mushrooms (adding sliced leeks & shredded zucchini instead) and decided that a fraction of the dairy (just a big splash of heavy cream + NO milk) was fine. The wine is a nice addition in this simple but hearty soup and I can see using it as a vehicle for lots of add-ins next time.

    I very much enjoyed this recipe. I did change it a bit (added carrots, use the wild rice I had in my pantry) and I will say the results can out great. Like all this recipes in this book, it makes a large amount. I would make this again.
