    Used this as a guideline and made vegan with 1/3 c coconut milk, vegan butter and adding 1/2tsp dry mustard and 1tsp nooch (no cheese on top). Sprinkled with paprika and pepper. Cooked just right as per directions. Well liked by vegan and non vegan diners.
