Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I sought this recipe out with the magic of EYB. An ingredient search led me to this book and a fast track Indian recipe. It called for ground spices which put me a step ahead. Other than dicing the potatoes and cauliflower this is quick and easy. The spices can be adjusted to your palate. It was a nice accompaniment to saag paneer.
