    The flavors in this cake absolutely sing. It is one of the most flavorful cakes I have ever made. I had a pint of boiled apple cider from Vermont and was able to skip the apple cider reduction process so it was very easy to put together. Between the spices in the rum, fresh rosemary and lemon zest this is not a boring cake. The streusel topping is essential to the cake. Yum!
