    This dish did not wow me as much as many other Ottolenghi dishes, but this might be due to some necessary substitutions. Neither had chipotle chile flakes nor smoked paprika, so worked with Aleppo chile flakes and substituted lemons for limes. The salsa was very fresh tasting and definitely added to this dish, also loved the baked rice!
