Clementine, pistachio and pomegranate cake [Amelia Freer] from #Bake for Syria Recipe Book (page 42) by Lily Vanilli and Clerkenwell Boy and Serena Guen

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

I'm not sure about this cake. It was a perfectly nice cake and looked pretty with the pistachio and pomegranate sprinkles. But I'm a huge fan of Claudia Roden's Almond orange cake and I'm not sure the addition of tahini, nuts and pomegranates in this recipe is an improvement on that cake. But the friends I made it for all loved it so maybe it's just my preference for a simpler cake.
