Salted peanut butter and choc-chip skillet cookies from Modern Baking: Cakes, Cookies and Everything in Between (page 42) by Donna Hay

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

Excellent last-minute dessert that requires just a bowl and a spoon to make. Lacking tiny skillets, I baked this as 1 cookie in a 30cm cast iron skillet which was done in 30 minutes. The recipe doesn't call for greasing the pans but I did with homemade "cake release". I also used half whole wheat flour and added .5 tsp salt to the dough. The cookie was thick, slightly cake-like and quite soft and crumbly. It was delicious! With ice cream, it served 12.
