Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We liked the vegetables and tofu in the quick marinade, but I think I should have left them in the oven longer. After roasting, the poblano and shallots were a bit too raw tasting in the sauce.

    Winner-winner veggie dinner! A light summer dish - with a strong lemony tang. I divided the sauce and mixed sour cream in one half - I think it would be fine without. "The sauce makes the meal" was stated at the dinner table by the 1/2 that tried it with sour cream. Consider adding potatoes to the roasting pan. Be sure to add a green salad to complete the meal.
