    The addition of a pinch of poultry seasoning added a nice flavour. I used full fat coconut milk in place of heavy cream and it worked fine. I made two pies: one with crust as written and the other with a frozen puff pastry. The puff pastry was the favourite- for look, texture and taste - but the pie crust was a traditional favourite. All good.
