    The chocolate cake is perfect and moist. The frosting was a little strange, maybe I needed to whip it for longer, it was pretty thin and kind of melted over the cake and fell onto the plate. I would try stirring it a few more minutes then letting it cool at room temp for 5 minutes before spreading it next time. The only other issue I had was the cake stuck to the pan, definitely use parchment paper.
