The Union Square Café's bar nuts from Nigella Bites: From Family Meals to Elegant Dinners - Easy, Delectable Recipes for Any Occasion (UK) (page 87) by Nigella Lawson

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

This was delicious. I substituted dried rosemary for fresh, table salt for sea salt and normal butter for salted (but reduced the salt to a pinch). I used only a pinch of cayenne instead of 2 tsp, as I was serving them to children as well as adults. The recipe said to serve this warm, but it was good at room temperature too.

I made a double batch of these for a party and they were universally popular. Very easy to do, just roasted nuts mixed with melted butter and herbs/spices but the warm spiciness is great. They are a bit greasy so you will need napkins.
