    Tasty and well-spiced. Similar to what we've gotten at an Ethiopian restaurant.

    This was surprisingly delicious. The seasoned oil is integral to the flavor. We used more beet than potato, because it’s what we had, but more soft, lightly-spiced potatoes would have been even better.
