Small pieces of injera soaked in peanut sauce (Ye'lewuz fitfit) from Teff Love: Adventures in Vegan Ethiopian Cooking (page 152) by Kittee Berns

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This is a remarkably tasty, easy to make side dish that also solves the problem of what to do with leftover injera. As far as I can tell the same would be said of the other fitfit dishes, which differ only in the type of sauce. The injera soaks up the sauce, and the other seasonings/veggies/injera make for a delicious cold salad. Do be careful to adequately sauce the injera however, which can absorb quite a bit of it. Err on the side of more.
