Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This recipe made for an excellent family lunch! It was light and refreshing. We didn’t have enough parsley, so we used cilantro and dill instead as the herbs. Otherwise made as is. My husband loved it and wants this added to the weekend lunch rotation! Next time we might try adding olives and feta to make it a bit more filling, but it is great as is!
