Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is the recipe (better picture) that made me purchase this book and my son who returned recently back from BCN with his stories. First, I was surprised the recipe uses two types of sherry: sweet and "regular". Since I had only sweet I used it throughout and feared the result to be too sweet but this did not happen. Perhaps a mistake. Second, make sure you use good quality dried figs (unsulfured). Next time I will try to use prunes.
