Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These are delicious!! I subbed rice crispies for the puffed quinoa, and that was fine, but she was right in that it was very difficult to mix in all the mixins to the dough, so next time I will just leave it out. I used a #30 scoop and got 39 cookies. I mixed the dough, portioned into balls, and then froze the balls. When I wanted to bake them, I thawed some in the fridge overnight, and I also thawed some in the counter before baking and they both worked fine. I will gladly make these again!
