    I had green cabbage and cauliflower in my fridge. Used them both in the recipe. Also had fresh basil and mint and substituted for the tarragon. The combination of olive oil, garlic and zest was amazing. Will definitely make this again.

    Easy and delicious. I used baby cabbages. Also didn’t have any tarragon but it worked without it.

    Excellent. Didn’t have tarragon but was great without it. Also used green cabbage. Added more lemon and garlic cause I could and enjoyed it. Def make again

    Absolutely delicious! It being January I couldn’t find fresh tarragon so I used dried, and added it to the marinade. I made half the recipe used 2 tsp or so of tarragon. Can’t wait to try it with fresh tarragon!

    This is the first time I cooked this recipe and it is amazing!! We had leftovers and served warmed the following day for lunch with family members and they all wanted the recipe. It is just a very different way to eat cabbage and it is scrumptious.

    A firm favourite. Rarely use it with the tarragon, but it doesnt need it.

    We loved this one — even though I did goof up and add the lemon juice to the oil before coating the cabbage. I would have never thought to roast cabbage and the lemony tang was a perfect compliment.

    Excellent, would work well for a dinner party dish… used Savoy cabbage.

    Roasted cabbage at its best! Had to improvise and used Grana Padano and parsley instead of pecorino and tarragon. Delicious!!

    Yum! I’m loving roasted cabbage! The lemon/ garlic dressing is just the right amount of zingy with the pecorino. I used basil because I have it growing.
