    Can substitute sesame oil for peanut oil.

    Better than expected! The only thing I did different was, I used the same pan I'd used to panfry the tofu to then saute the veggies, to reduce the number of pots/pans. It needed a bit of salt at serving (perhaps could have used more soy sauce?) but that's fine. Smoked tofu is always a winner!
