Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The pancakes were incredible - like a cross between a crumpet and an American pancake - and so easy to make. The mushroom topping was tasty enough but I’m not convinced it really went with the pancakes, I would have preferred it on a slice of sourdough. Will make the pancakes again for brunch but serve them with sweet toppings.
