Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    With a good hit of both lemon & Worcestershire, we enjoyed this over a wedge salad. Even 1/3 of the recipe makes a lot but she does say that using dried chives in place of fresh would extend the fridge life. The idea is to make it a day ahead...we ate it after a few hours but after a quick taste this am - I agree that it now has an even bigger punch of flavour. We will have the rest with raw celery (maybe up the cheese?) tonight.
