    Very easy to make. I prepared them the night before and froze them. Despite increasing the recipe by 50%, I only got 12 biscuits, although I used my regular 2.5" biscuit cutter. The biscuits needed a couple of extra minutes in the oven, which I didn't realize at first until I cut one open. Using Cabot extra-sharp cheddar, the cheese flavor was definitely there and the biscuits were nice and tender, but overall the flavor wasn't quite as good as some other recipes. But this was good considering the simplicity.
