    Fårikål Feast Day is celebrated on the last Thursday in September each year. Which is today! Used mutton shoulder for extra flavour. To be honest for me this recipe harkens back to a simpler time where people had simpler tastes and few ingredients. As a once a year meal its fine but any more than that...... hmmmmm!
