Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made this in more of an American shape, with a bigger, taller bun. I made a half batch and cut the log into 6 portions. It ended up taking closer to 20 minutes at 375 F to get them baked through. I turned down the heat so the tops didn't burn while they baked through. Next time I'll try them as knots, as the other reviews suggest. My husband loved these, and they were pretty quick to make, for a yeasted dough. They're not very sweet on their own, which I prefer.

    These are delicious!!! I skipped the glaze as I didn't think they needed it and they are so nice, sweet but not too much, and the dough is delicious and soft. I made knots and I could do with practicing/taking more time over them as some exploded a little. Mine needed 12 mins at 200 fan swapping the trays over with about 3 mins to go so the top and bottom trays were even. I would definitely make again and i really want to make the cardamom bun recipe from the book too. I managed to make them while my son was at nursery so start to finish (including proving and baking time) was 2hrs.

    These are the best kanelbullar I have ever made. The dough is rich and scented with cardamom. The finished bun is moist and full of flavor. I made knots instead of the swirls described in the book (because they are so pretty) and they were done in twelve minutes. I cannot get over how fantastic these are!
