    I was sure we would like this more than we did....I thought it was okay which is far more enthusiastic than T was. I served the burgers (broken up) over buttered, grilled ciabatta (& then cubed for easier eating with a fork) and made more onions than called for. It's hard to express why we didn't love it, but I am unlikely to repeat this one.

    Served these with lettuce wraps instead of buns. Almost a little TOO juicy and messy.
