    Easy, tasty dinner. I would add more lemon juice or some zest next time.

    Another winner from this book. I thought we needed a grain side to make the whole meal heartier so I made a farotto to go along side and it turned out to be unnecessary. The shrimp, vegetables, and the savory cheesy topping was plenty filling. Will repeat.

    Delicious! I omitted the parm and nuts from the topping so it was more like gremolata, adding bright and fresh flavours to the dish. Lacking Italian seasoning, I used equal parts thyme, basil and oregano and seasoned the vegetables with it as well.

    I used red and orange peppers instead of cauliflower and walnuts instead of pine nuts. Don't miss the lemon. This was delicious and a repeat.
