    Tasty for the WW points, easy to make in about an hour on the stove (I don’t own a pressure cooker). Perfect for a cold, rainy day. I made no alterations, though topped with raisins and coconut, and served it with homemade roti. Even better because I used a butternut squash grown in my garden.
