Can substitute herbs of your choice for thyme sprigs, and cherry tomatoes for date tomatoes. Dried chickpeas must soak in water 24 hours. Can use the book’s “Fresh yeast dough”, “Dried yeast dough”, or “Basic pizza dough, indirect method”.
