    Used lean ground beef. Easy morning prep if you slightly plan ahead. House smelled great. Used a medium salsa and it didn’t get too spicy. Cooked corn tortillas under the broiler for 3 minutes flipping halfway. Guac came out perfect even though only used 4 chopped grape tomatoes (so also halved the lime juice). What an easy Taco Tuesday!

    Tasty and family enjoyed it. I cooked it stovetop, simmering the filling for an hour to let the flavours meld after first browning the turkey in the pan. I also omitted the onions and tomatoes from the guacamole but included them in a fresh salsa I made to serve with this.
