    It is not my habit to make dishes like this in the slow cooker but a busy schedule had me making it yesterday to serve tonight. I used cubed pork loin and after reheating it tonight, the pork was beautifully tender in the thick, yogurt based sauce. However, we felt it needed a bit more...something (including veg). In went peas, roasted red peppers, a shot of honey & some Thai basil. It really was tasty served over basmati rice.
