    The spice mix that goes into these is fantastic. I ignore the instructions for the accompaniments and serve with a Lebanese or Mediterranean salad.

    These were juicy and flavourful and family really enjoyed them. I served them with grilled flatbread and turned the onion-cucumber accompaniment into a salad with tomatoes and radishes dressed with lemon juice. I substituted green onion for red.
