    Delicious. But I made changes. Nectarine (not grilled and diced) instead of peaches, fresh mozzarella diced instead of burrata, and mint instead of watercress. Put into a salad bowl instead of individual plates. Was a hit at a party as a deconstructed substitute of a fruit caprese. Was great!
