Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a very attractive, colourful dish, which used up what I had in the fridge. I improvised a bit by adding tofu for protein and by using up leftover marinade from earlier in the week, which happened to contain the suggested ingredients except with wasabi instead of chilli & with the addition of garlic, & by tossing in leftover porcini-soaking water too. It has turned out quick & tasty.
