    I needed a layer of crunch for a pineapple birthday cake. I had to pass on macadamia nuts when I found out a guest has a nut allergy. When I saw these crumbs had white chocolate (birthday boy’s other favorite) I decided to give them a try. To my delight, the combination of the dry milk and the white chocolate have an almost nutty taste! This will have a permanent place in my birthday cake arsenal!
