    Really really yummy! I gave it a 4.5 instead of 5 only because of the time it takes to make. The crepes take a while. I swapped kale from my garden for the spinach. My poblanos were a little spicy, so I omitted the hot sauce before baking for my husband's sake. I used Cholula on mine when serving.
