    This was delicious and easy. I made it a day ahead so it was ready to go and it took 5 minutes. You don’t even have to chop anything. One batch made one 9x13 and a 9x9 pan of enchiladas. Had a slight spice to it but not overpowering.

    This was an easy way to make a tasty sauce. I made it even easier by using passata instead of tinned tomatoes and got a very smooth sauce as a result.
