    Can substitute chicken broth for vegetable broth and somen noodles for udon noodles.

    Made a few tweaks -- angelhair shirataki noodles instead of udon, fresh broccoli instead of frozen, and homemade chicken stock. This was nice and very fast! Next time I would add more miso.
