Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Excellent effort-to-outcome ratio, very little hands on time nedded for a delicious traybake. Used thighs only and a mixture of red, Puy and mountain lentils instead of the split green peas, worked perfectly. The only thing I would change is adding ground coriander instead of whole seeds next time, I just don‘t like biting into those whole seeds.
