    I used this recipe more as a guide than for exact quantities. I thought the recipe as written sounded way too rich. For the sauce, I caramelised some onions, added a bit of sour cream and a few crumbles of blue cheese for flavour. We had this with a side salad and quite enjoyed it, though I'm not sure whether I'd make it again.
