Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very flavorful soup & easy to make. I wish the recipe had stipulated setting aside some mushrooms for garnish as shown in the photo, although you'd probably need a larger quantity of mushrooms than indicated to do that & maintain the thickness of the pureed soup. Unfortunately didn't have chives & totally forgot to use the pine nuts, so my version was rather plain, but still a winner.
