Errata from the author: 1 and 2 shouldn’t be listed in the method. The dough should be mixed as per the coloured buns on page 119. 2 Should read: after the dough has rested for at least an hour. Lightly flour your work surface tip the dough upside down on to the table and roll the dough to a large rectangle a little bigger than a A3 piece of paper.
Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.
