    These are the best buns. A little larger than I like, so I make 8 buns at 90 grams each rather than 6. They also freeze well.

    I didn't have KAF all-purpose flour, so I mixed some bread flour in with Gold Medal all-purpose flour. These buns turned out perfectly. Their large size was just right for 6 oz hamburger patties. Delicious flavor and perfect texture. Best hamburger buns I've ever made.
