    Requires 2 hours or overnight to prepare. Can substitute a mixture of oranges and limes for sour oranges, chives for scallions, and cooked brown long-grain rice for cooked long-grain rice.

    Loved the sauce and veg! I mean this in the best way, but it reminiscent of ketchup with the sweet and sour flavors. The initial treatment of the chicken is interesting - rubbed with lime juice then rinsed. I've not seen this before, and I'm not it really added anything, Will make again.
