    First time making this, used cognac & added a teaspoon of cocoa powder to the breadcrumbs to coat the 10” bundt. As she says in the recipe, it will fill the pan, but does not overflow. Flour converted @ 125 g per cup. The batter was delicious & smells amazing! Took 1 hr & 7 min @ 325 lower oven rack.
