Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These are really flavorful turkey meatballs. I ended up baking just the meatballs since I didn’t have the firm pre-cooked polenta (I made my own). So instead of adding the sauce to the tray, I heated it on the stove and added the meatballs to the pot to finish cooking. I would definitely make these again.
